Delete your account

You can permanently delete your account directly in the eezyTalk app.

Delete inside the app

1. Open eezyTalk and go to Profile.
2. Open Settings.
3. Scroll to the account section at the bottom and select Delete account.
4. Review the first warning and select Continue.
5. For the second confirmation, type delete exactly, then select Delete permanently.

This two-step confirmation helps prevent accidental deletion. After confirmation, you are signed out and the deletion cannot be undone.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address connected to your eezyTalk account: send a deletion request. We may ask you to sign in or otherwise confirm account ownership.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, device tokens, presence, friendships, requests and direct conversations are deleted from active systems. Reports, transaction records or limited security logs may be retained where required for fraud prevention, safety, accounting or legal compliance.

Requests submitted by email are normally processed within 30 days.
